Product Description

The Oil Mist Filter is composed of staggered metal plates (spacing 2–5mm) with surfaces treated to form tortuous paths. When oil-laden air enters, large particles (>10μm) are first removed by the pre-filter layer through inertial collision. Then, within the plate channels, centrifugal force (Stokes' law) causes 0.3–10μm oil mist particles to deviate from the airflow and collide with the plate surfaces, forming droplets that flow into the oil collection tray along the inclined plates. Clean air is then discharged after passing through a flow distribution layer, while oil is automatically drained or collected for reuse.
