High Temperature Partition Box Medium Filter
The high temperature resistant and high-efficiency filter uses a partition design, and the corrugated partition can accurately maintain the spacing of the pleats, and maximize the use of the filter material under the minimum resistance. The filter material has 180 pleated pleats on both sides. There are two indentations when bending so that it opens into a wedge-shaped box pleat at the rear end of the separator, which can prevent the filter material from being damaged.

Selection of Raw Materials

Preparation of Filter Element

Baking
After molding, the filter element needs to be baked at high temperature to eliminate internal stress and enhance its strength.
Sintering
Spray high temperature corrosion-resistant ceramics and other heat-resistant materials on the surface of the filter element, or inject, impregnate and other composite processes to make it an integrated filter element, so as to achieve the effect of high temperature resistant filtration.
Finished Product
After the sintering process, the high temperature filter becomes a complete filter product, which can be customized according to different usage requirements, such as filtration accuracy, filtration area, etc.
1 The high temperature and high-efficiency filter needs to be used normally after 7 days;
2 If the customer needs to install it immediately, it is recommended that the customer must operate the following methods before using our high-temperature high-efficiency filter:
The high-efficiency filter with a high-temperature resistance to 250 °C is slowly heated to 100 °C in the high-temperature equipment, and then stopped for cooling after 2 hours of constant temperature;
Adjust the temperature to 150°C for 1 hour and then shut down for cooling
Adjust the temperature to 200°C for 1 hour and then shut down for cooling
Adjust the temperature to 250°C for 1 hour and then shut down for cooling
After the last slow cooling, it can be used normally.
350-400 ℃ high-temperature resistant high-efficiency filter is slowly heated to 100 ℃ in the high-temperature equipment, and then shut down for cooling after 2 hours of constant temperature;
Adjust the temperature to 150°C for 1 hour and then shut down for cooling
Adjust the temperature to 200°C for 1 hour and then shut down for cooling
Adjust the temperature to 250°C for 1 hour and then shut down for cooling
Adjust the temperature to 300°C for 1 hour and then shut down for cooling
Adjust the temperature to 350°C for 1 hour and then shut down for cooling
Adjust the temperature to 400°C for 1 hour and then shut down for cooling
After the last slow cooling, it can be used normally
