The Synthetic Fibre Media Pre-Filter is manufactured from synthetic fibers using a thermal bonding process. It features a compact structure and lightweight design, enabling efficient filtration of dust, pollen, bacteria, and other airborne contaminants, making it suitable for a wide range of air purification applications.

High Filtration Efficiency

Available in G3–F5 grades, with low initial resistance and high dust-holding capacity. The multi-layer progressive structure enhances particle capture efficiency.

Corrosion and Heat Resistance

Resistant to chemical solvents and high temperatures (continuous operation at 100 °C, short-term exposure up to 120 °C), making it suitable for electroplating, exhaust gas treatment, and similar applications.

Washable and Reusable

Can be washed up to two times; however, replacement is recommended after cleaning to ensure optimal performance.

Flexible Installation

Can be cut to size or manufactured into panel-type or pleated filters, compatible with various ventilation systems.
