Product Introduction
Gate Purification's Metal Nylon Mesh Filters are typically constructed with aluminum or stainless steel frames, offering excellent sealing performance and compatibility with various duct and pipeline connections.
The filter media are made of metal wire mesh or synthetic fiber mesh, featuring high mechanical strength, corrosion resistance, and the ability to withstand high temperatures (up to 250 °C). The filter media are commonly assembled from multiple corrugated mesh layers, forming a honeycomb or cross-laminated structure that increases the effective filtration area while reducing airflow resistance.
